PETALING JAYA: The health ministry has reported 1,096 Covid-19 cases and three deaths in the past 24 hours.
Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said there were 1,104 recoveries, bringing the total number of those discharged to 41,597.
In a statement, he said the 1,096 new cases brought the total number of cases in the country to 54,775.
The three deaths bring the toll to 335, or 0.61% of total infections.
